Job Description

We are seeking a Mortgage Lender Branch Manager to manage and originate loans for a branch within an established Real Estate Firm. Needs to have 3 plus years’ experience.

Responsibilities

  • Market the local market direct to borrower and to in-house real estate agents
  • Develop lead generating strategies to capture in-house business
  • Actively recruit and hire MLO's.
  • Provide guidance and mentor ship to Branch MLO's, processors and support staff.
  • Monitor the process and communicate effectively with the borrower and all other parties to the loan transaction.

Qualifications:

  • Prospect should have 3+ year experience loan origination
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to train and manage a team of new and experienced loan originators.
  • Familiar with investor guidelines and how to guide said loan originators to the best investor for a given scenario
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • NMLS (Preferred)

  • Every other week
