The Monitor Technician interprets Rhythms and Arrhythmias, maintains telemetry supplies and maintains patient records according to hospital policy.

  You will communicate effectively with staff, supervisors, ancillary department and other customers.
• 
  Maintain a neat and organized work place.
• 
  Acquire and maintain correct knowledge in hospital/unit information.
• 
  You will operate computer systems as necessary.

Henrico Doctors’ Hospital is a 340-bed Level II Trauma Center offering a full range of healthcare services. We specialize in heart and stroke care, women's health, orthopedics and groundbreaking diagnostic imaging. We're also a national trendsetter in kidney transplants through the Virginia Transplant Center and as part of the Virginia Institute of Robotic Surgery, we lead the state in minimally-invasive procedures with da Vinci robotic-assisted surgeries.

Qualifications

• 
  Working knowledge of basic rhythms and arrhythmias is required
• Previous experience as CMT/Cardiac Tech or Monitor Technician preferred
• Completion of basic EKG/Arrhythmia course and successful completion of Monitor Tech examination
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 11p - 7a and rotating holiday requirement
