The Monitor Technician interprets Rhythms and Arrhythmias, maintains telemetry supplies and maintains patient records according to hospital policy.
You will communicate effectively with staff, supervisors, ancillary department and other customers.
Maintain a neat and organized work place.
Acquire and maintain correct knowledge in hospital/unit information.
You will operate computer systems as necessary.
Henrico Doctors’ Hospital is a 340-bed Level II Trauma Center offering a full range of healthcare services. We specialize in heart and stroke care, women's health, orthopedics and groundbreaking diagnostic imaging. Qualifications
Working knowledge of basic rhythms and arrhythmias is required- Previous experience as CMT/Cardiac Tech or Monitor Technician preferred
- Completion of basic EKG/Arrhythmia course and successful completion of Monitor Tech examination
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 11p - 7a and rotating holiday requirement
