Role and Responsibilities
- Production operation
- Monitor and interact with computerized manufacturing equipment to produce batteries and check equipment regularly to ensure normal operating activity
- Check all the work orders, instructions, and specifications on the production check sheet before starting every production lot
- Quality check
- Monitor processes and performs continuous image inspections and visual quality checks of the products to ensure acceptance standards are met
- Measure the collected sample with the measurement tool
- Trouble-shooting and equipment maintenance
- Identify any irregularities which are not compliant to work instructions and control plan regarding work environment, production process, raw materials, and the quality of semi-finished products
- Inspect the equipment according to the ‘equipment feature inspection guide’
- Work in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout organization
- Must adhere to protocol policies
- Extended periods of standing work occasional 50lbs lifting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills required
- Ability to work fixed shifts: Day Shift 6AM to 6:45PM / Night Shift 6PM to 6:45AM
- Must be able to lift 50+lbs, climb, reach, squat safely
- Walking and standing for 8+ hours
- Push & pull heavy weighted objects with motorized assistance
- 1st Shift – 6:00 AM – 6:45 PM – $18.00
- 1nd Shift – 6:00 PM – 6:45 AM - $18.00 + $3.00 Shift Premium
- 1st Shift – 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM - $18.00
- 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM – 10:45 PM - $18.00 + $2.00 Shift Premium
- 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM – 6:45 AM - $18.00 + $3.00 Shift Premium
- Wage starting from $18/hour and $3 night shift premium
- 90% paid of medical, dental and vision plan for full coverage levels
