Modeling And Simulations Lead

Position Responsibilities:

Seeking a skilled software engineer with experience in a wide variety of tasks. Including developing, maintaining and integrating specialized modeling and simulation tools, as well as analyzing results to develop requirements for the customer. The position will also focus on leading development, updating, and benchmarking/anchoring of M&S tools to support system analysis tasks.

Conduct technical meetings with government and industry subject matter experts to analyze and formulate performance and functional requirements or specifications. As needed this person will also need to be able to prepare and present reports, briefings, and/or white papers.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree in a Technical Field (i.e. engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or similar)

Experience with C++, Python, and MATLAB are desired, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in Software Engineering

Experience Requirements:

· Goal-oriented with excellent people skills, ability to work in a team environment, strong work ethic and proactive in all manners related to the job.

· Clear and effective oral and written communications skills

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

· Active DoD Secret Clearance

· 7-10 years of related experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
