MOBILITY OPERATIONS MANAGER

Work Location: Novi, MI 48375 (Multiple Sites)

We specialize in design, development, testing, assembly, manufacturing, and performance packages.

Our team offers early concept design solutions with continued guidance through production and product release. We utilize a full suite of design tools and methodologies capable of supporting unique and diverse projects. As industry experts, we provide full vehicle, component, and subsystem design, testing and production. MARTIN is currently seeking Operations Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support internal and customer deliverables
  • Powertrain Testing
  • Battery Testing
  • Fleet management
  • Oversee coordination of internal & external manufacturing, engineering, & supplier quality team
  • Manage Program Leaders with strategies for execution of program growth
  • Develop and win new business
