Job Description
ANALYGENCE has an immediate opening on our prime contract for a Mid-Level CI Analyst. This position will provide expert CI advice and assistance in the accomplishment of the customer mission in a wide range of activities, to include:
- Provide comprehensive counterintelligence analytic assessments, operational opportunities, and recommendations in support of DIA and DoD CI efforts.
- Initiate, integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused advocacy for OCI programs, functions and mission activities with frequent interaction with various agencies and contract support teams.
- Research and assess raw data, analyze systems, facilities, and critical nodes, identify threats, and provide highly-complex all-source CI analytic products to support policymakers and senior customers, investigations, operations, and collection in support of DIA and DoD CI efforts following DIA and ODNI analytic tradecraft standards.
- Provide analytic support to the DoD Counterintelligence enterprise regarding collection, investigations, operations, and related activities to ensure operators maintain awareness of current and evolving CI threats to RDA, S&T, defense critical infrastructure, CoG, and CFIUS.
- Coordinate, organize, and participate in analytic exchanges of threats to RDA, S&T, and DCIP working group meetings and other external collaborative engagements within the National Capital Region (NCR) as required by the Government.
- Collaborate, engage, coordinate activities, and work with other intelligence organizations and agencies to exchange information and review draft production in concert with CAD’s mission.
- Facilitate all-source collection requirements and reporting through intelligence report evaluations, source-directed requirements, and collector engagement regarding FIE threats to DoD's CI, RDA, defense critical infrastructure, CoG, and CFIUS information in collaboration with the DoD CI Enterprise.
- Evaluate sources' technical, quantitative, and qualitative validity and analyze technical considerations affecting their use to fulfill established requirements
- Submit input for external engagements and significant activities to the government leads, which should include dates, times, descriptions, background information, and points of contact.
- Provide support on additional tasks as requested.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph security clearance is required
- A Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years’ experience publishing finished strategic analysis.
- In lieu of a degree, an additional two (2) years’ experience for a total of seven (7) years’ experience publishing finished strategic analysis will be accepted.
- Knowledge of DoD processes and terminology and experience planning, researching, writing, coordinating, and publishing all-source strategic products as well as experience working in an interagency environment.
- Ability to independently research and write finished intelligence products that adhere to ODNI and DIA analytic tradecraft standards.
- Knowledge of CI analysis or RDA/DCIP/S&T or CFIUS issues.
- Experience operating IC databases, and analytical tools.
