Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney

We are a growing corporate law and estate planning law boutique seeking a corporate associate with 4+ years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, entity formations and general business transactions. Candidates must have excellent law school and prior law firm credentials. We offer a casual work atmosphere with great clients, sophisticated transactions and excellent support. While we spend the majority of our time in the office, we are also flexible about working from home one to two days per week. Pay: $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
