We are looking to add a Microsoft Scrum master/ Backlog Manager to our team working onsite in Doral Florida to Support Socialization and Adoption efforts. As a core member of our Federal Cloud consulting team. You will work in a matrixed environment using legacy and emerging Microsoft technologies to design and achieve transformational results for our clients. Position Details:

• Location: Doral Florida
• Required Experience level: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Scrum master/ Backlog Manager
• Education: Higher Education Degree in Computer Design, Development, or related degree.
• Additional experience can be substituted for formal education (e.g., 2 years’ experience = 1-year formal education)
• Shift Work: Not normally required.
• MS Certifications: MCSA , MCSD
• Required Certifications: Scrum Master Cert
• Work Status: U.S. Citizen
• Security Clearance: Clearable, Active Secret, Interim Top Secret
• Job Status: Full-Time Hire.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

Responsible for educating SOUTHCOM on SCRUM Principles. Promotes an Agile environment. Maintains strategic backlog for Collaboration and Productivity CoE Strategic Backlog. Maintains / Grooms individual backlogs for App modernization teams. Responsible for SCRUM ceremonies. Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc. Identifies Product Owners and Scrum Team for each application. Works with BA on backlog grooming. Provides updates, velocity, and accurate story points.

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS/TOOLS/ COMPETENCIES/TASK:

Current tools in use include:

• On-premises MS Office products, O365, CVR (Teams),
• MS SharePoint, Skype for Business,
• CISCO Meeting Place and other VOIP solutions
• A variety of Government Furnished Tools
• Usability tests Tolls

MUST HAVE/REQUIRED/ Desired

• Scrum Certification
• Desired: CompTIA S + CE
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting Scrum Master Agile methodologies.

• Microsoft SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Office 365 Suite Environments
• Development Methodologies Agile, Kanban Waterfall
• Microsoft Office products- particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
• Education: BA/BS or master’s degree in Information Technology and/or Computer Science. Four added years of experience or Technical certifications may be substituted in lieu of education/degree.
• Clearance: Clearable, Active Secret, Interim Top Secret
