Job Description

New Story Counseling Services is a group therapy practice in Fargo and is looking for a mental health therapist to join. New Story is a progressive and inclusive clinic with focuses on serving the LGBTQ+ population, providing trauma therapy, as well as general therapy services for children and adults.

Compensation is commission-based with a cap for contributions to the clinic on a monthly basis. This package is highly competitive. The goal at New Story Counseling Services is to create a work culture that prioritizes and supports the needs of the clinician first. Happy counselors provide quality client care.

Requirements are:
· Master's or Doctorate
· Active State of North Dakota license as an LPCC, LP, LCSW, or LMFT
· Willing to see 20 clients per week or more
