Mental Health Clinician (LCSW / LMFT)

Liberty Healthcare operates several 4-bed adult residential facilities throughout California. Homes are well-staffed with a full compliment of Behavioral Support Professionals, supervisors, and an experienced multidisciplinary clinical team - which includes Mental Health Clinicians, Behavior Analysts, RNs, and consultant Psychiatrists.

To support the mental health needs of our clients, Liberty employs LMFTs and LCSWs who work onsite at our homes directly with our residents and staff. This work includes:

• Providing mental health services for a case load up to 8 adult clients

• Conducting mental health assessments of clients

• Designing, implementing and monitoring the efficacy of treatment plans

• Collaborating with staff and other stakeholders

• Actively participating in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings

• Rapidly responding to individual client needs - including mental health crisis
