Membership Sales Manager at Anytime Fitness

POSITION SUMMARY

The Membership Manager is the key driver for new membership sales at our clubs, allowing members to take that first step toward a healthy lifestyle. Membership Managers at Anytime Fitness gets leads through community outreach and referrals, books appointments through outbound calls and texts, and enrolls members. Once a new member enrolls at Anytime Fitness, it is also the Membership Manager's responsibility to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring new members get ingrained within the club community.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction and supervision of the Club Director -

  • New member acquisition through direct 1-1 sales pitches, outbound marketing and community outreach
  • Oversight of the entire club membership base including operational and financial responsibilities
  • Collaboration with all club personnel on various marketing, service and sales promotions
  • General office administrative duties
  • Facility management
