Job Description
Performs administration and coordination of the Sarkeys Fitness Center daily operations including employee supervision, employee training and development, risk management, front desk and membership operations, customer service, facility reservations and special events, policy and procedure maintenance, oversight of the American Heart Association Training Program, educational programming, and assistance with summer camps.

Job Requirements
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education/job related experience, OR:
- 48 months of office administration, staff management or financial management experience without a degree.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with computers
- Knowledge of computer software
- Ability to work independently, ability to meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to bend, lift, stoop, push, and pull.
- Degree in Health and Exercise Science
- Master's Degree in Health and Exercise Science, Wellness, Higher Education, Human Relations, Marketing, or equivalent
- Experience in training and development
- Certified American Heart Association BLS Instructor; fitness certifications
- Lifeguard/Water Safety Instruction certifications
- Pool operations experience
- Cash handling and daily deposit experience
