Job Description

We are looking for a superstar sales associate interested in a dynamic opportunity where you would help our community become the best version of themselves. The Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness center, as well as meeting sales expectations, including membership sales and renewals, supplement and apparel sales, and maintaining premium customer service levels.

The Membership associate/Sales Representative role assists in running all “front of house” fitness studio operations, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. You also assists with retaining and providing exceptional customer service to current members.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive experience into The Camp Transformation Center.
  • Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
  • Daily reporting on sales progress
  • Track, measure, evaluate, and report on progress toward achieving targets while adjusting the strategy and escalating concerns as appropriate.
  • Make 50 outbound calls daily minimum, follow up, booking quality appointments and closing leads. Performing daily review of leads and lead sources.
  • Conducting in-person, goal-oriented orientations and studio tour while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual's goals and needs.
  • Accurate data entry and keep notes in the CRM database for member information and details.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments with senior sales staff and hosting virtual presentations initially until you can do it by yourself.
  • Be a contributing member of the team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
  • Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment.
  • Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills.
  • Responsible for attending and completing all relative training programs.
  • Responds immediately to member and management requests, inquiries and concerns.
  • Working collaboratively with the studio’s leadership team to ensure smooth and cohesive operations. Sharing priorities and roadblocks proactively with the leadership team for additional guidance.

  • Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Director and Leadership team.

Education & Experience:

  • GED or high school diploma preferred
  • Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with Google Drive, Excel, and Docs
  • Computer software skills including Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Mac operating systems
