Member Service Representative

The Association of Mature American Citizens is a membership organization with over two million members and we are growing quickly! We are currently expanding our Membership Services Call Center in Leesburg, FL.

Looking for qualified applicants with exceptional communication and phone skills. In addition, proficient computer skills are required to answer member questions and enroll new members.

This is a call center position so communication skills, customer service skills and computer proficiency are required. Bi-lingual not required but is a plus. Must have reliable transportation.

We need full time employees, Mon – Fri 35 hours per week, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m with an occasional Saturday. The position pays $12/hour
