Landing is a network of fully furnished apartment homes across the country. The scope of each project varies from painting 1-3 accent walls in the units that allow painting.

• Paint accent walls in apartment homes for Landing members

• Continually strive to provide superior quality of work

What you will need:

• Previous professional painting experience

• Painting supplies

• 18 years or older

• Reliable transportation

• iPhone or Android phone

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License

• Be willing to undergo a motor vehicle and background check

• Bank account for direct-deposit

Painting supplies we provide:

• Paint from a local Sherwin Williams store for you to pick-up

• Floor-plans designating accent walls to be painted & widths of accent walls

Painting supplies you will need:

• Paint roller

• Paint roller extension pole/ladder

• Drop cloths

• Paintbrushes

• Paint tray

• Painter's tape

• Phillips-head screwdriver

• Clear caulk & sponge (for straight lines)

• Spackling paste/compound

We pay by the job! You can expect to make $100 for a studio apartment with 1 accent wall, $150 for a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 accent walls and $200 for a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 accent walls.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
