We are seeking a Med/Peds Physician to join our large academic pediatric practice and adult hospital medicine teams at West Hospital. This position includes caring for well newborns, attending deliveries, and caring for babies in a Level II NICU; the role also includes hospitalist duties for adult patient care. Additionally, there are opportunities to work at the academic pediatric hospital and at IU Health North's pediatric unit, in addition to newborn care at other sites in the future.
Position Details:
- Join our diverse, high-functioning and collaborative provider team of physicians and advanced providers
- Days, 100% inpatient, 7 on/7 off, 7 am-4 pm with rotating long call shift until 5 pm working for the adult hospitalist, and structured with 3 shifts (days/nights) per week for the pediatric hospitalist
- Day rounder shift with an average volume of 15-16 patients
- Expectation to work with IUSM medical students, residents and PA/NP students
- Community Hospital setting with academic resources and opportunities
Qualifications:
- BE/BC in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
- Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
- Visa sponsorship; H-1B

- Base salary and production/incentive (WRVU)
