• Education: High school diploma required.
• Experience: One year experience in healthcare preferred.
• Licensure/certification/registration: BLS Heart Saver preferred.
• Additional skills preferred: Experience with answering multiple phone lines. Basic computer skills. Excellent customer service behaviors.
