Medical Receptionist/Insurance Verification

Precision Skin Institute is seeking a talented, upbeat and positive professional to join our growing team. Must maintain professional Appearance, Professionalism with patients and staff, and be reliable.

Hire MUST be able to multitask, phones, messaging system, and insurance verifications.

ModMed experience a plus, but not required. You must be able to excel in a fast paced environment, have outgoing personality, work well independently and as a team member.

Essential Functions:

• Greet Patients, visitors, and customers in a professional manor
• Verify Patient address, phone numbers and insurance information
• Promptly, accurately, professionally, and courteously receive telephone calls and record and relay messages
• Schedule appointments for patients according to provider availability
• Call patients to confirm upcoming appointments
• Scan and Maintained needed forms for office
• Ensure Charts for the next day are prepared and up to date with correct information
• Keep supervisor informed of activities, results, efforts, and potential problems with respect to provider schedules
• Exhibit genuine concern for patients and always conduct oneself appropriately and professionally
• Maintain clean and organized workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
