MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

We are seeking a MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST in Wausau, Wisconsin at Aspirus Family Walk-In Clinic. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting, registering, and assisting patients in a professional manner, scheduling appointments, obtaining and maintaining registration records and answering phone calls.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of business office, customer service or healthcare experience preferred.
• Computer experience and basic computer keyboarding skills required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology desirable.

Hours: Supplemental, weekend only, every other Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, holiday rotation. 16 hours per pay period.
