Purpose
The Check-In/Check-Out Representative is an important team member supporting the Reception department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of FMRI. The Check-In/Check-Out Representative shall be accountable for successfully assisting patients with the FMRI check-in and check-out processes at appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations.

Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- High School/GED
Experience:
- 2 or more years customer service experience required; previous medical office experience preferred;
Other:
