Medical Office Manager

About us: We are an established practice of over 10 years serving the patients of Southlake and surrounding cities.

What we need:

Looking for an experienced and confident office manager to fill a very important role as the captain of our clinic. Your primary duty would be to coordinate the employees and doctors for a smooth, efficient run of day-to-day operations. You will be required to understand front and back-office operations and how to seamlessly integrate them. Every day is a new and different day. You may be asked to be an employee counselor and mediator at one moment, and a customer service rep to patients another moment.

Duties:

You will be expected to be on-site and involved in everyday operations.

Oversight of clinic staff: hours, coverage, overtime, new staff hiring, training, even allocation of workload, conflict resolution, etc. Staff is already using an automated clock-in system.

Management of incoming referrals. This includes monitoring and tracking every incoming referral. Every referral must be called back within 24 hours of receiving it. We have a system for tracking all incoming referrals, which is solely the manager's responsibility.

Patient customer service related activities are expected, such as answering questions and diffusing complaints.

Manage projects related to patient satisfaction and reviews.

You will also be asked to help develop and implement plans, policies, and procedures set forth by the doctors and our CEO.

Management of office-related issues such as phone system, coordinating repairs, maintenance.

Your responsibilities are for one single location with multiple providers and employees, however, you will be part of a group of 6 total clinics dotted throughout the metroplex. You will have supervising support from the managing team which includes the doctors and our CEO.

Will require occasional travel within the metroplex for meetings with other managers.

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Salary $19-$25 (40-50K annual) depending on relevant experience
