Medical Office Custodian (M-F-Night Shift-Part-Time)(Boynton Beach)

Ultra Cleaning Services LLC is currently seeking professional custodians to join our commercial cleaning business. The new team member will perform various cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the businesses we service organized, sanitary, and welcoming to patrons. Potential candidates should have basic maintenance, repairing, and cleaning experience. Candidate should expect to further their skills while working with the company to ensure abilities exceed “basic” once probationary period ends.

Ultra Cleaning Services LLC Candidate should be ethical, professional, and capable of meeting the standards of the company and our clients without being micromanaged. Customer service skills are necessary for interacting with clients, coworkers, and potential patrons. Critical thinking skills and an open mindset are essential as the employee must be quick to resolve issues that may require thinking outside of the box. These individuals must be organized, well kempt, and demonstrate strong time management abilities which are needed to execute their workload without risking the quality of their work and tarnishing the integrity of the company.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Diligent and thorough work ethic.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• High school diploma.
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Secure premises by ensuring doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment and technique.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Complete cleaning logs.
• Sanitize cleaning supplies between/after each service when needed.
• Be available for contracted work when necessary.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $11.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
