About Our Office
Our Direct Primary & Preventive Care Practice focuses on excellent energy, recognizing individuality, and making our customers feel important. We strive to create a concierge environment to ensure the best experience for everyone. In addition to primary care, we also do aesthetic work (Botox/Fillers/Microneedling/Peels.) and hormone replacement therapy. We have been in business for over a year and are constantly looking for ways to grow in our administrative, marketing and medical processes.
About This Position
The team member we are looking for is someone with a passion for helping people and who wants to grow as a leader. High energy and an outgoing personality are extremely important along with excellent customer service and sales skills. Our new team member will be performing both medical assistant and office manager tasks. Tasks will include, but won't be limited to taking phone calls, scheduling patients, gathering patient history/information, taking vitals, drawing blood/labs, refilling medications for patients, hiring new employees, doing inventory, and helping to invent new policies and procedures to make the office run more smoothly. Looking for a candidate that is organized, a self-starter at creating and completing projects, and is looking to be loyal and grow with the business. The goal is for you to be able to run the non-medical side of the practice so that our practitioner can focus on taking care of patients.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
