Busy Medical Practice Seeking -Medical Billing Specialist

-Candidate's with ability to Manage Revenue Cycle

- Seeking candidates with good analytical and problem solving abilities.

- Strong knowledge of billing and financial concepts.

- General supervision and training of office medical billing staff.

-Certified candidates (AACP) with coding experience preferred.

- Previous experience working in a private physicians office would be a plus.

- Demonstrate the ability to understand, create and evaluate financial reports.

- Competency in all aspects of medical billing is required (create claims, work denials etc.).

-Prospective candidates should be detail oriented with strong morals, good social / communicative skills (written, Verbal, interpersonal), and the ability to multi task.

Possess the ability to effectively interact / communicate with staff and patients.

- Oversee and streamline the billing and collections process.

- Month end closing of the billing reports.

- Plan and implement quality assurances for all processes.

- Oversee personnel development

- Salary Negotiable, based on experience ($16.00- $18.00/ hour).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Medical Billing: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:
