Medical Billing Specialist

At least 2 years of administrative experience in a medical or healthcare setting.

Has strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding procedures.

They must follow HIPPA procedures, guidelines, and regulations of the hospitals or clinics.

Attention to detail in order to verify that information has been entered accurately.

Be able to locate patient files, prepare requested documentation, and correct rejected claims.

Has to have experience with processing AR.

Excellent communication skills: Ability to explain financial matters to medical insurance companies, patients, and staff

Has an above-average organizational skill in order to enter patient data speedily and accurately.

40 hours a week, no nights or weekends, and Simple IRA offered on the first day of employment.

*Hourly wage determined by years of experience.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $23.00 per hour
