Medical Biller Collector

Solo extremely busy orthopedic surgical office. Responsibilities include:

--charge posting

--A/R work: calling insurers for status; writing appeals; updating and billing out insurance and patient balances; collections calls;

--telephones,

--patient scheduling,

--assisting in other areas as needed.

Hours 9- 5 M, T, Th, F; 9 - 7:30 or 8 p.m. W

MUST HAVE:

Professional appearance and manner--Pleasant, outgoing, willing and able to conform to office standard policies and procedures.

Punctuality and exemplary attendance record

Ability to type minimum of 35 wpm and 10-key proficiency

Ability to work as a team and maintain mature and encouraging attitude

Superior work ethic

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
