Overview:
Greets and appropriately directs patients via phone calls or direct contact. Maintains waiting room. Acts as liaison between all non-clinical co-workers and office management. Responsible for training all new medical receptionists. Performs general clerical duties as needed. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program;
- Experience: AND two years’ experience or 4 years comparable experience within medical office;
- Other: AND computer skills required.
