Medical Assistant

A growing, highly rated West LA I.V. Therapy Lounge offering COVID Testing is looking to bring on to our team an enthusiastic, outgoing, self-starter to help manage our front of house operations. The candidate must enjoy working with and meeting new people and be patient/customer service detail oriented.

Role:

Interface with and check-in patients/clients, scheduling, answering incoming calls, assist RN's as needed, maintain and foster a clean and welcoming environment.

Previous Experience:

1) Front office/Administrative Assistant experience is required.

2) Experience in and Interest in the Wellness Industry preferred.

3) Client/Patient Service experience required.

4) Must be proficient with word/email/be able to navigate and learn various computer software platforms.
