Position Summary:
The Clinical Concierge MA is responsible for performing all clinical tasks and coordination of patient care and clinic activities within facility and MA-C license scope, as directed by the facility provider. This includes greeting and registering patients, maintain lobby cleanliness and brand elements, executing opening and closing procedures related to front office activities, and collecting appropriate monies from patients. Following successful completion of appropriate training, this position also applies prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis within trained areas. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring an exceptional patient experience at the beginning and close of patient visits, as well as providing excellent customer service over the telephone. In addition, the Clinical Concierge works closely with colleagues to ensure ongoing communication throughout the patient visit for optimal patient experience and flow. This position works closely with the physicians, other clinical staff and clinic management1
Work situations are a variety of functions within a clinic setting requiring knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion; good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer service attitude. Clinic environment includes walk-in and appointment based care, typically in a 12-hr shift environment with a wide variety in patient flow volumes throughout the shift. This position requires a highly collaborative approach to services in a clinic environment

Minimum Requirements:
One (1) year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Medical assistant certification from an accredited training program
Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) Certification for Washington workers
