Medical Assistant

Podiatry practice looking for a full time medical assistant who is able to work as a team and self direct when needed. The position is located in the North Hills. It is a full time position (35-40 hour). Benefits include: medical/vision, dental, PTO (Paid Time Off), daylight shift Monday through Friday, travel reimbursement and paid holidays.

Duties include maintaining exam rooms and public areas, tool maintenance, placing patients in room and prepping for doctor, entering patient history /information starting doctor’s note in Practice Fusion per doctor’s specifications, compliance with doctor requests such as labs, note completion etc. developing xrays, aiding doctor physically with patient in compliance with state regulations, prepping for, accompanying and aiding doctor in the field when visiting nursing homes, aid front office with answering the phone and scheduling.

Training will be in the Arnold office, which is about 20 minutes away.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
