Position Summary
Benefits available DAY 1- Medical, Dental & Vision plans (Plans available at no cost to employee) 401k
Bonus- 5% of yearly earnings paid out quarterly.
Overtime Pay!
$17.50 per hour with Quarterly Bonus
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday night
7:30 PM-7:30 AM
Job Functions:
Setup all Packaging Line equipment for the game.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Verify that equipment are running at maximum capacity.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine root cause for non-peak performance.
Communicate maintenance issues to proper maintenance personnel and request assistance when needed to minimize downtime.
Assist Material Handler to stage rolls if requirement.
Assist Machine Operators as needed to maximize output.
Follow 5S and LEAN concept as required.
Other duties as assigned.

Proven mechanical ability on packaging equipment.
Ability to work independently and work well with others.
Experience working with and setting-up packaging equipment in a production environment.
Able to obtain and maintain a forklift license.

Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customer and the general public

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume
