We are seeking a team member that will be responsible for assembly of construction equipment. Mount on trailers, plumbing of fuel tanks, position, align assemblies and subassemblies. Drill, grind, alter, mount components, touch up and prep equipment for delivery.Responsibilities:
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

We are seeking a team member that will be responsible for assembly of construction equipment. Mount on trailers, plumbing of fuel tanks, position, align assemblies and subassemblies. Drill, grind, alter, mount components, touch up and prep equipment for delivery.Responsibilities:
- Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, prints and parts list. Gather parts, subassemblies, tools and materials
- Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications. Communicate with supervisors to obtain additional information or resources
- Maintain inventory levels by checking stock required for ever day assembly
- Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
- Position, align and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly
- Read prints and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequences of electromechanical units
- Inspect, test and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances and customer order requirements
- Attach name plates and mark identifying information on parts
- Disassemble units to replace parts or to crate them for shipping
- Drill, tap, ream, countersink and spot-face bolt holes in parts, using drill presses and portable power drills
- File, lap and buff parts to fit, using hand and power tools
- Measure parts to determine tolerances, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers and Vernier’s
- Clean and lubricate parts and subassemblies, using grease paddles or solvents.
- Operate small cranes to transport or position large parts
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Comply with company procedures and rules.
- Operate forklift
- Perform other duties that may be assigned
