Job Summary: This position is responsible for leading, directing, and managing all aspects of customer-owned materials including the processing of existing assets and returns, and ensuring compliance with all customer requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Train and manage the market warehouse teams to ensure adherence with all customer-owned material processes and systems
- Oversee the management of customer materials that arrive and depart weekly
- Ensure all customer requirements are met and align with the forecasted material milestones
- Manage performance metrics and report findings to management via the organization’s inventory management system
- Measure and evaluate the operational workflow of the warehouses; lead cross functional efforts to recommend, implement, and improve work processes
- Aid in the process of limiting aged inventory
- Provide physical inventory counts in accordance with the customer’s requirements and schedule
- Promote safety-oriented behavior at all warehouse locations including but not limited to OSHA 10 practices
- Ensure detailed records on procurement activities are maintained
- Assist in the retirement of facilities including removal of inventory, dismantling racks, and auditing assets
- Other duties as assigned
- Carries out supervisory duties in accordance with the Company’s objectives, policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: planning, assigning, and directing work, interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing employee concerns, and partnering with HR to resolve escalated employee matters.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in a relevant field from a four-year college or university Experience:
- Eight years’ experience with warehouse management operations or other logistical functions
- Four years’ management experience
- Knowledge of forecasting and budgeting processes for supply chain management
Technical Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Proficiency with and/or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s inventory management system
- Ability to gather information from multiple sources, understand gaps in data, and drive solutions to provide data analysis
- Highly organized and detail orientated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgement, and solve problems
- Ability to work with all levels of management and staff
- Ability to lead, teach, train, and motivate staff
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
- Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Company requirements
- Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
- Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
- May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
- Travel up to 70% of the time, including short notice travel
