C4ISR:In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions, you’ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.

PURPOSE:
Supports the manufacturing process by performing kit release, material support and documentation maintenance activities within the depot repair environment to assure that required supplies, support schedules and Turn-Around-Time (TAT) commitments are met on the repair/upgrade programs.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Must be fluent in basic computer skills as well as MS Outlook and Excel
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
High School with at least two years experience in production control activities in manufacturing or repairs is preferred. Candidate should have good communication skills, be competent in note taking and follow up and have the ability to multitask in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

PURPOSE:
Supports the manufacturing process by performing kit release, material support and documentation maintenance activities within the depot repair environment to assure that required supplies, support schedules and Turn-Around-Time (TAT) commitments are met on the repair/upgrade programs.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains job progress, status records and notifies supervisor of impending delays or serious difficulties affecting commitments. Attend weekly program reviews and provide status of aged assets. Move assets to and from process areas.
- Provide timely input to VSL, Logistics Analyst and Manager where required to ensure current issues are addressed.
- Responds to material shortages due to lost, damaged or defective material in order to prevent work stoppages in area of responsibility. This includes monitoring on hand inventory balances through cycle counting and placing purchase requisitions where required.
- Maintains accurate records by updating the internal repairs database, YORK, as well as quality and ERP systems.
- Utilizes mainframe applications such as Oracle, PLM and TipQA to perform daily tasks.
- Uses Web-Based USAF and USN Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) System.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
