Material Handler - Stocking (1st Shift)

We are looking for a Second Shift Material Handler, Stocker for our Lakeland, FL warehouse.

The responsibilities include:

• The person in this position is responsible to ensure product is restocked within the warehouse.
• Operating a forklift to move product across the warehouse.
• Restock by moving product by hand into bins while checking quality of the stock; tallies the bundle for system accuracy.
• Checks product for bad pieces and identifies appropriately; notes number of bad pieces on tally for updating system.
• Operate motorized equipment (i.e. tuggers,) as needed for efficient and safe movement of stock and materials.
• Cleans up work area, sweeping, rebinding loose bundles, etc. to make sure everything is ready for second shift.
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
