Material Handler (Mobile Devices)

Job Summary:

On-Target is seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to work within a fast-paced warehouse environment in Flower Mound, TX. The Material Handler will pick, pack, and sort mobile phone devices.

SHIFTS:

1st Shift:

• 6 am to 2:30 pm (Mon – Fri)
• Off on Sat & Sun

2nd Shift:

• 3 pm to 11:30 pm (Mon - Fri)
• Off on Sat & Sun

3rd Shift:

• 8:15 pm to 5:30 am (Sun)
• 11:45 pm to 5:30 am (Mon - Thurs)
• Off on Fri & Sat

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Pull and prepare orders for shipment, delivering the proper paperwork, packaging, and quantity for each order.
• Perform data entry, merchandise scan-ins, and other required quality assurance steps that confirm the contents of each order while tracking inventory for the company.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material, either independently or as part of a team depending on order size and daily staffing needs.
• Ensure the warehouse area is cleaned, organized. Follow safety procedures.
• Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, floor lifts, and basic tools. Report any malfunctions, inefficiencies, or necessary repairs through the relevant channels.
• Provide dependable, shift-long coverage of the warehouse facilities to ensure order fulfillment operates as efficiently as possible for the duration of the warehouse associate’s shift.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Basic computer skills
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Read, write, and understand the English language.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor work environment preferred

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves standing and or walking for considerable lengths of time.
• Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) is required.
• Bending to floor level
