We have multiple locations throughout the United States and are continuing to add locations to ensure better access to our unique model of care.Overview: Medical Behavioral Hospital of Clear Lake, a part of NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals, is currently searching for a Master Social Worker to join our Social Services team.Responsibilities: The right candidate:

• Must have experience in either for or non-profit Behavioral Health Hospital.
• They will be accountable for overall treatment planning efforts, care conferences with families and providers, family and provider care updates, psychosocial needs and completion.
• Will coordinate and facilitate the development of a discharge plan of care for the patient population which includes accountability for the complex discharge process.
• Will ensure the experience of care for the patient and family is exceptional.

Experience: Two-Three years of social work experience in inpatient behavior health setting or acute psychiatric setting Licensure: Currently licensed to practice Social Work in the state of TX
