Master Scheduler/Planner

Currently, our team is looking for a Master Scheduler/Planner. This position is responsible for effectively developing, maintaining and managing the Master Schedule using our ERP solution. Some duties include: responding to sales and customer service inquiries pertaining to production schedules, developing of Standard Operating Procedures, interacting with managers to insure compliance to Master Schedule, troubleshooting daily system problems, supporting the Sales/Marketing organization in development of Sales Forecast and performing capacity analysis as required to meet Master Scheduling goals, etc. Responsible for managing schedules and Production Planning Releases.

Proficient in Master Scheduling and production planning is a must and certified in Production and Inventory Management (APICS) a plus. Prior understanding of relational database (Access database) experience required. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree. Previous exceptionally polished verbal communication skills, and outstanding written communication skills are required.
