The Marketing Website Supervisor is responsible for managing the performance of the web team staff and leading critical initiatives such as conversion rate optimization, search engine optimization and data capture for Paycom.com. The Marketing Website Supervisor will also support the Website Manager with planning, strategy and vision casting for all aspects of Paycom's public facing websites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project management on major new initiatives for Paycom.com (i.e. adding Chat Bot functionality to the website)
- Managing direct reports including one-on-one meetings, mentorship, project oversight and performance management
- Strategy and planning for Paycom.com
- Strategy for and management of SEO tactics.
- Strategy for and management of CRO tactics.
- Oversee technology implemented on Paycom.com
- Coordinate planning and priority of work with Development.
MINIMUM BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
Experience:
- 7+ years website marketing experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Planning, analytical and personal management skills.
- Deep understanding of content with proven success driving both technical and content-based SEO at an enterprise scale.
- Understanding of search ranking factors, algorithms and core SEO principles.
- Solid understanding of site architecture.
- Persuasive and confident communicator, able to represent the business benefit of SEO to even non-technical teams. Ability to influence is critical to success in this role.
- Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
- Must have the ability to quickly adjust priorities to respond to pressing demands.
- Understanding of Marketing KPIs, lead qualifying and the marketing funnel.
- Ability to prioritize web initiatives, streamline and manage external projects to completion using expert communication skills and relationship-building.
- Understanding of how to utilize qualitative and quantitative data sources to create, manage and optimize a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan.
- Expertise in web analytics tool GA 360.
- Experience with testing/optimization/personalization platforms (Google Optimize, Optimizely, etc.)
- Large scale site optimization projects exposure is a plus
