  • Develop marketing campaigns that increase awareness and drive preference for the B2C business of Texas Capital Bank (Consumer banking and Bask Bank)
  • Partner with the brand team, creative team, and agencies partners to develop break-through creative grounded in consumer insights
  • Create a strategy of key product marketing activities and managing budgets to support the cross sell and the acquisition of new customers
  • Collaborate with product and digital media partners to launch new products and enhancements of existing products
  • Identify and create relevant marketing assets that supports the different stages of the product sales cycle
  • Utilize research, both primary and secondary, to develop insights that will drive consumer action in an increasingly crowded space
  • Partner with content strategist to develop product one pagers, insights and testimonials
  • Work cross functionally across all marketing channels to ensure flawless execution of various channel-specific marketing campaigns (e.g. paid media, affiliates, social accounts, website, etc.)
  • Provide regular reporting and executive summaries on programs and initiatives
Qualifications:
  • 7-year plus experience in financial services marketing, B2C preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • Extensive direct marketing experience with strong understanding of digital marketing techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive adoption in asset usage
  • Superior communication, problem solving skills and ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Self-motivated and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrates flexibility in a growing and changing environment
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Asana and Salesforce
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Pardot and SFMC, and Google Analytics
