Marketing Specialist

BASIC PURPOSE :
Looking for a career not just a job! DBi Services is looking for a motivated team player to join the marketing team, working closely with the Director of Marketing. Learn and grow by creating and executing marketing campaigns including creative, copy and digital programs. Collaborate with sales, communications, pricing and proposal writers in addition to operators and field teams. Support brand standard execution and grow industry presence through a variety of marketing, web and social channels. This dynamic role will be a key player in driving marketing excellence in the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Play a key role in the execution of marketing strategies including brand messaging and targeted growth strategies.
• Write, edit and manage the development of marketing collateral including sell sheets, brochures, case studies and presentation tools.
• Support the successful roll out of marketing tools and training of cross functional teams.
• Participate in a CRM implementation and roll out.
• Marketing support and maintenance of the website, including content creation, user experience, analytics and development of lead generation campaigns and SEO.
• Collaborate and grow social media channels through content development and follower acquisition strategies.
• Develop videos and photography to support marketing campaigns.
• Contribute writing and editing support, imagery and formatting to technical proposals and RFP responses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS/BA required
• 3 + years of marketing experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint
• Experience producing or editing video and photography content a plus
• A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent writing, organizational, planning and communications skills
• A positive attitude with a deep desire to constantly improve and grow
