Reporting to the Manager of Workplace Education and Events, the Marketing Project Coordinator is part of a team that is deeply passionate about helping workplace participants achieve financial wellness by delivering events that significantly boosts engagement, adoption, and participant outcomes. You will be an experienced Marketing Coordinator or Project Manager with the ability to manage marketing event workflows, identify process improvements, report results, and own the project management of critical initiatives. You will drive and coordinate events and work closely with partners to ultimately meet webinar and onsite event expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Support ongoing marketing efforts, including developing project plans, being responsible for workflows, setting up virtual webinars and helping with coordination of onsite events
  • Develop and supervise key performance indicators, report out results, proactively identify insights and take corrective action, when needed, to improve results
  • Continuously test and optimize existing events to improve enrollment and upgrade
  • Partner with marketing team and operations to define and improve processes for webinars and onsite events
  • Support Onsite events at our largest Sponsors (often fortune 500 companies), traveling 1-2 times per month to help with coordination and set-up
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of progressive project management or marketing coordinator experience with demonstrable knowledge of standard methodologies that deliver results
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and influencing skills in a matrixed organizational environment
  • Strong organization skills with an eye for process improvement
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of leading sophisticated projects or managing marketing operations
  • Ability to manipulate data and extract insights using Excel and internal reporting tools
  • A learning and growth demeanor with a real passion for solving customer problems
  • Experience working in or with a marketing or communications team preferred, but not required
  • Experience in the financial industry and an understanding of the financial planning space a plus
  • Onsite and webinar live event platform experience a plus
