Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Marketing Operations Specialist will join a growing team that is in need of a data-first marketer who is keen on leveraging technology and analytical data to influence the way our Marketing and Business Development teams capitalize on our ongoing sales and marketing efforts. You will play a key role in developing a strong reporting framework that will inform stakeholders across the Corvus organization with insights into Business Development and Marketing campaign performance. As you gain an understanding of the organization you will be expected to go beyond the data to develop actionable insights that will enable our go-to-market teams to adjust their tactics and strive for success. Responsibilities
  • Act as the analytical arm of the Corvus Insurance Business Development team. You can read through the data and understand when campaigns are firing on all cylinders, but you also know when there is a hole in the bucket and can act quickly to right the ship

  • Take ownership of the maintenance and optimization of HubSpot. This includes the maintenance and hygiene of new and existing leads, analytics dashboards, and key technology integrations

  • Develop best-in-class reporting systems and cadences that enable team members at all levels of the organization to understand the performance of marketing-led initiatives

  • Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Product teams to ensure Marketing and Business Development KPIs are in alignment with organizational goals and making suggestions for updates/adjustments when required to maintain parity with other departments

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience with a SaaS, Insurtech, or Insurance Carrier, preferably in a marketing or sales capacity

  • Experience with marketing automation and sales platforms (HubSpot preferred)

  • Strong desire to jump in with two feet and get your hands dirty with a fast-paced team.

  • Ability to make decisions with data and communicate clearly and prescriptively to stakeholders.

  • Not afraid to raise your hand and ask for help.
