Job Description
Overview: We are currently looking for a tech-savvy Marketing Operations Manager to join our global marketing team. This person will take charge of managing our marketing lead generation and reporting systems as well as conducting ongoing analysis so that we can measure and report on outcomes and make better decisions. Working cross functionally, the Marketing Operations Manager will support colleagues who work in email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and website operations, as well as touch all our GTM teams to ensure a smooth and efficient lead hand off and measurement process. This role presents an opportunity to drive initiatives relating to our marketing programs and is critical in our long-term growth strategy. If you have helped design, integrate, test, and optimize marketing technology stacks (preferably in a B2B role), we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional marketing team to execute against various marketing campaigns and programs through emails, list uploads, audience targeting, etc.
  • Review the team’s current use of marketing technology, especially Hubspot and Salesforce, define and enhance logical integrations between them, and identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance - you'll own the implementation and maintenance of our entire marketing stack
  • Manage HubSpot instance including:
    • Creation of marketing automation and nurture workflows
    • Creating and mapping HubSpot properties
    • Managing the lead scoring system and routing processes
    • Training of BDR/SDR teams in lead processes and follow up
    • Integration of multiple data bases within the marketing automation funnel
  • Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity across all systems
  • Create and maintain closed-loop reporting on lead gen campaigns, and marketing and sales activities, to determine performance, effectiveness, and business impact
  • Visualization of data for marketing and sales reporting purposes
Qualifications:
  • You have 5+ years of experience within marketing operations with advanced knowledge in marketing automation systems (we use Hubspot), CRM (Salesforce,) and integrating those systems with other technologies (i.e. Zappier, Triblio, etc.)
  • You are proficient in data analysis/visualization tools (e.g. Google Analytics, DOMO, etc.)
  • You are extremely tech-savvy and data oriented – you are not only comfortable learning new software, you thrive at it and enjoy it
  • Flexible, optimistic and a problem solver: you’re the person who calmly says “we can find a way to make this work”
