Requisition Summary
The Marketing Operations Analyst owns the creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards to track and measure vital statistics including but not limited to digital reach, market share, vehicle residuals and supplier program take rates. The Marketing Operations Analyst works closely with the Events & Branding Specialist in the creation of strategic marketing plans by utilizing campaign data, industry trends, social listening and market research to determine campaigns and program direction. This position is also responsible for maintaining the division sales CRM system for new user set up, marketing automation, and program tracking. The ideal candidate will be able to work with our Senior Executive and Sales teams while maintaining a high level of internal collaboration across multiple departments. This position reports directly to the PACCAR Leasing Marketing Manager.

- Provide guidance and support for enhancing PLC’s current Digital Marketing efforts and developing/launching new initiatives.
- Analyze PacLease digital media Marketing data to help develop benchmarks, optimization strategies and recommendations.
- Conduct marketing campaign ROI reporting/analysis to tie marketing’s efforts to sales revenue.
- Work in close collaboration with the Events & Branding Specialist.
- Serve as main business lead for Microsoft Dynamics CRM system administration.
- Conduct strategic research and gather market intelligence to drive product/positioning decisions as well as to support management decisions.
- Analyze internal and external data for trends using statistical research and methods and make business recommendations based upon data conclusions.
- Create sales, marketing, and executive key indicator dashboards.
- Manage PACCAR Leasing residual value matrix and update accordingly based upon relevant internal and external data.
- Lead and participate in Six Sigma based project teams and duties as assigned.
Skills Required
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills. Must be able to prioritize workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail oriented. Experience managing large volumes of data, conducting strategic research and report generation required.
- Strong Excel, Access and/or Tableau skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong project management skills.
- Effective in interfacing with senior managers within PACCAR, Dealers, customers, and suppliers.
Education/Training Desired
- 3 or more years experience in advanced research and data analytics techniques.
- Knowledge about PACCAR Leasing products, competitors, and the transportation Class 8 and Medium Duty industry desired, not required.
- Understanding of Kenworth and/or Peterbilt truck specifications desired, not required.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required.
