The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in practice growth driving growth through demand and lead generation using various marketing channels including social media, networking CE events, paid advertising and collateral, as well as grassroots marketing plans. Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective marketing projects. In partnership with executive leadership leverages data insights to develop engagement with current customers while predicting the needs for the future.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
- To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective marketing projects.
- In partnership with executive leadership, leverages data insights to develop engagement with current customers while predicting the needs for the future.
- Works closely with Outreach Representative and Regional Administrators to build a successful,sustainable pipeline of leads for practice growth and expansion. A self-starter and thorough leader that can contribute to a strong, positive, and innovative practice culture.
- Automate the marketing efforts to maximize efficiencies and monitor and manage the multi-channel marketing including but not limited to online, product/content assets, and outreach channels for both business and consumer audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years Marketing experience with both marketing automation and outreach focus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to prioritize multiple projects/initiatives of a time sensitive nature.
- Marketing automation experience with building a digital sales funnel and efficiencies with an MA tool, including database and list segmentation.
- Making sense of metrics, calculating ROI, and presenting results with impact (strong knowledge of MS Excel).
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
- Exhibit a high degree of organizational and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate excellence in communication skills- demonstrated ability to convey ideas and information, verbally and in writing.
- Able and willing to achieve goals with tenacity, compassion.
- Exhibit initiative and the ability to work independently or lead and perform as part of the larger team, in a fast paced environment.
