Job Description
We’re looking for someone who is highly efficient with managing several projects at one time, can be quick on their feet to problem solve at any given time, and is comfortable working with other essential team members to get the job done.
Qualifications:
- 2 + years overall virtual assistant experience.
- Proven background in several managing projects at one time.
- Perfect English and the ability to communicate well within a team environment is a MUST.
- Management & leadership skills: Planning & execution
- Agency experience preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience with customer journeys.
- Strong client management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact with clients and higher management team members effectively and confidently.
- Ability to adapt to high-priority conditions and situations and handle stress well.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, planning and organization skills.
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management software.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project management for a portfolio of assigned clients, including managing deadlines, procedures, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
- Create, edit, and proofread tasks in Click Up (project management tool) per client campaign.
- Lead the technical setup for campaign builds and implementation.
- Oversee the work of assigned peer team, including the team’s Client Success Consultant, graphic designer, and Facebook specialist.
- Work within the clients’ expectations and offer insight, deadlines, and updates for their campaigns.
- Report process or procedure discrepancies to the management team.
- Ensure that each campaign’s designs adhere to the client’s brand and identity.
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
- Ensure accuracy of marketing campaigns and provide formal analysis on what to improve on each campaign.
- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team.
- Keep abreast of current trends in client campaign offers and implementation.

Pay: $44,829.00 - $131,655.00 per year
