The Michelle Chalfant Company is looking for a passionate, data-driven Marketing Manager to help grow a powerful brand for Michelle Chalfant, author, speaker, podcaster, teacher, therapist and coach who is transforming the world through The Adult Chair.
The Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for owning and executing the marketing strategy, managing the online presence and assisting in the design and development of the membership, online courses and other digital services. They will be a funnels EXPERT that creates killer marketing funnels, landing pages, lead magnets, paid social ads, email campaigns and more to get us from $1M to $10M + more!

What your day will look like:
- Lead digital marketing strategy, analyzing current data and presenting new ideas to the leadership team.
- Execute the marketing strategy and customer journey, creating killer marketing funnels, landing pages, lead magnets, email campaigns that can get us from $1M to $10M!
- Design, execute and oversee all digital marketing efforts, including website updates (WordPress), email campaigns (InfusionSoft) and digital courses (Kajabi), consistently A/B testing to produce best results.
- Content creation for online courses, ebooks, master classes, and any other items needed for acquisition and retention plans.
- Manage weekly podcast production and email campaigns.
- Basic maintenance and updates of WordPress website to create the best possible user experience, adhering to brand guidelines and content updates as needed.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and best practices and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Utilize analytical tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Assist in additional marketing and operational items as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years experience in marketing, including hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Wordpress, CRM systems and email platforms
- 3+ years of experience in Creative Cloud and/or other creative software
- Experience in inbound marketing; knowledge in user experience, marketing funnels and customer journeys
- Understanding of branding – purpose and importance of branding; experience in branding guidelines, style guidelines, etc., a plus but not required
- Extensive experience in email marketing, building campaigns, A/B testing and analyzing reports
- Strong organizational, communication and project management skills, with the ability to remain agile
- Ability to plan, manage, and execute initiatives with minimal oversight/supervision, but have situational awareness to know when to seek approvals and when sound judgement should be used
- HTML and CSS a plus but not required
- Experience running SEM & SEO, a plus but not required
