Job Description

We are seeking a driven, experienced marketer to join our team as our Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager runs all areas of marketing for the company including demand generation, brand, partnerships and sales support. A successful Marketing Manager will be adept at building and running demand generation campaigns while also obsessing over measurable results. They’re able to create engaging content and successfully distribute it through many channels. In addition, this person will be on the front line with our partners and customers so they’ve got relationship building skills in spades.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create Demand: Design, implement, and execute compelling demand generation campaigns to generate measurable pipeline.

  • Craft Content: Content is the fuel of demand generation and the Marketing Manager will make sure the content calendar is filled to the brim with great stuff. Case studies are critical to what we do.

  • Manage Contractors: Manage our PPC/SEO firm to ensure they’re driving success; partnering with them to drive optimal results. This also means sharpening your digital marketing chops enough to talk shop, know what questions to ask, and when to push for more.

  • Collaborate: Work with our sales team to deliver the materials they need to be successful including slides, datasheets, and videos.

  • Automate: We’re a Salesforce marketing consultancy. The Marketing Manager will know how to leverage technology to get more done - faster. Efficiency is key.

  • Innovate and Own: You are the marketing department. You’ll identify and develop your own initiatives that drive demand and support Invado in becoming the premier Salesforce consultancy for marketers.


Qualifications
  • Proven Marketing Experience: 3+ years experience as a marketing manager. Experience with developing SEO & PPC campaigns, website design, and content development is a must.
  • Technical Acumen: Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Pardot (or a similar platform). Extensive knowledge on how to leverage these platforms to drive measurable impact (extra points for Pardot or Salesforce certification).

  • Analytics Based: Proven experience in analytics. Track our marketing metrics and use them to improve outcomes on an ongoing basis.

  • Creative Writer: Consistently generate compelling content in multiple formats including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.

  • Leadership: A hunger to grow, the self-discipline to actually grow, and the willingness to help others succeed, as well.

  • Organization: A track record juggling multiple projects in an organized manner.
