Are you a recent College grad or ready to take the next step in your career? No industry experience needed; we will train you. We’re looking for outgoing energetic people who can communicate with anyone. Desire and drive are most important.
Candidate chosen would start as an entry level Marketing associate and work their way through our various business areas with multiple mentors and personal job coaches. Position curriculum will be focused on developing candidate into a future Marketing leader for our company with a structured syllabus and training schedule. M.I.T. candidate will work in all respects of the department from being a field-level Marketer engaging with Owners and prospects, to learning how to manage a team of associates, while also providing operational support to multiple teams across the organization. Additionally, they will have an opportunity to work closely with Site, Regional, and Senior Leadership, developing impactful relationships to help build their career and professional brand.

Job Duties
- Cross-training on all aspects of entry level Marketing, including but not limited to the scheduling of Owners and prospects for an appointment with the Sales department.
- Developing a keen understanding of the various Marketing functions both in a production environment and from a support/operational perspective.
- Producing and distributing efficiency reports to track key sales & marketing metrics.
- Working closely with National Leadership on the development and implementation of Marketing projects including collateral/advertising ideas, promotions & offers, special events, and associate training
- Engaging with various business departments to ensure operational efficiency for areas such as Legal/Compliance, IT, and HR/Compensation.
- No experience necessary.
- Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and eager to learn.
- Seeking candidates who are innovative, solution-focused, and that possess a keen attention to detail.
- Great networking and communication skills are a must.
- Must be willing to relocate.
